Sinan Kurmuş began his professional journey at the age of 25 as co-founder of HTP Research & Consulting, and over the years has held diverse roles ranging from entrepreneur to senior executive in international projects. Currently, in the next stage of his career, he is pursuing a master’s degree in psychotherapy in the UK, adding a new perspective to his extensive leadership experience.

For nearly thirty years, he has served on executive boards across industries including FMCG, telecommunications, agriculture, and real estate, leading pioneering initiatives in Turkey such as enriched flour, third-generation bakery models, no-till ariculture, contract-free internet, and branded land sales. Alongside these ventures, he has also advised companies on restructuring and corporate strategy.

As an entrepreneur, senior executive, and consultant, Kurmuş has experienced first-hand the diverse challenges and stress factors faced by leaders. In developing innovative solutions, he came to recognize that individual awareness is just as crucial as leadership competencies. Combining this insight with his psychotherapy training, he now provides consultancy and psychotherapy services tailored to senior executives and leadership candidates.

In addition to his professional work, Kurmuş is actively engaged in civil society, contributing to organizations such as the Terakki Foundation, Support to Life Foundation, St. Joseph Alumni Association, and TESEV. His background also includes teaching at Bilgi University’s Faculty of Communication, radio broadcasting, and basketball coaching. More recently, he has been exploring his interest in data science.
